The secretary of Voice of the Middle Ground, Dr. Scott Gostchock, brings his experience with strategic planning and strengths coaching to bear in helping to establish a healthy and whole internal structure. With Dr. Gostchock's help, Voice of the Middle Ground is making moves to promote a strengths-based culture that pursues God's call toward mission, vision, values, and purpose in a way that honors the way God has uniquely made each individual and the unique ways they can promote authenticity, diversity, and community both internally and externally.

In his 26+ years of educational and Christian community service, Scott has served cross-cultural, inner city, and urban education and ministry settings as a teacher, administrator, and community activist. He has also served as a full-time professor of education and currently is an adjunct professor for a number of universities and colleges. These unique settings and wealth of experiences through God’s blessing have provided a tremendous backdrop for Scott’s educational presentations on CliftonStrengths (formerly StrengthsFinder), transformative leadership work, executive coaching, global leadership, outreach and evangelism, and more.
